Daniel Abramson was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. He is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, and his work has been shown internationally. In 2002, as the artist in residence at the Canadian Council for Reform Judaism's Regional Biennial, Daniel began painting on silk. While creating his own chuppah and the chuppah of a close friend, Daniel fell in love with the medium. His passion for art, eye for design and love of Jewish tradition are reflected in his beautiful creations.
